Hey everyone hope you have enjoyed reading my experience during the Samoan Arts Festival.
I now have to answer this question to do with Languages so here goes some thoughts.

Question: Should Australian's learn to speak another language but english?

Yes, because everyone should learn a different language so if you go somewhere, where they don't speak english, and you won't be able to understand them. Also it is a good to learn different languages, it would also be fun to learn a different language.

I hope you have enjoyed learing about what I think on learning different languages.

Just to make sure you remember me from someowhere I have a different blog at the address www.kimberleyayre.blogspot.com . Anyway here is my work.

My Experience during the Samoan Arts Festival

Last Friday night was our Samoan Arts Festival, there were refreshment's and a lot of entertainment from all of the classes at Pacific Horizons School. My class the Adventurers (5th & 6th grade) did a siva (dance), and learn't the dance from a pre-school teacher Ms. Leti. I really enjoyed dancing, and watching my friends perform.

It wasn't the first Samoan Art's Festival I had ever been to, but it was the best. We did this Art's festival by all ofthe classes doing a little dance to appreciate the Samoan culture and their language. For the language Mori Aiono introduced our performance in Samoan. Then Davalynn Betham did the Ava Ceremony, which is a ceremony where the chosen ceremony toupo (but Davalynn wasn't the toupo)does a little dance with a bowl a Samoan bowl called a Kava bowl.

We did this Samoan Art's Festival to remember our Samoan's, that made up all of these traditional dances, and to remember Samoa and it's beautiful Island. We wanted to this to show people ho we dance in Samoa, and for the children and others that don't know how to learn't how to dance in Samoan.

IT WAS REALLY FUN AND EXCITING!!!!!.

Hope you have enjoyed my experience and hopefully you will have an experience like that if you haven't.

We have to answer some questions on genes, cells, and stuff so her are the questions and answers, hope you learn something, I hope I learn something to.

1. What is a Karyotype? it is an image of all of the chromosomes, matched into pairs and lined up from biggest to smallest , so you can make sure they are all there, and there are no extras.

2. What do Scientists use Karyotype for? they take pictures of it, so they can see it clearer and easier.

3. How many pairs of chromosomes do humans have? 23 pairs

4. Both males and females have two sex chromosomes. using the letters X and Y, describe the sex chromosomes of

Males: XY

Females:XX

5. What do you think would happen if a person born missing a chromosome or with to many chromosomes? I thnk they would be disabled or die or not even come out of their parents body because there was something wrong with them.

See ya, did you learn something if so comment if not still comment.
Chapters 8 to 9: Pippi in the South Seas

Well chapter 8 is called "Pippi Talks Sense to a Shark". Well the next morning Pippi and Tommy and Annika crawled out of their hut. But all of the other Kurrekurredutt children were already up. So then they all went down to the beach, and walked across this rope to get to a cave at the top of this big huge rock. Then a scream and a splash, it was Tommy he fell into the water as sharks chased after him Pippi jumped in and saved Tommy from them then beat them up. It wasn't a very exciting chapter but wierd.

The next chapter is chapter 9 one of my favorites called "Pippi talks Sense into Jim and Buck"
This is how it goes well One day when pippi, Annika, Tommy, and all of the other Kurrekurredutt children were sitting playing marbles with pearls, these two men named Jim and Buck came and screamed to Pippi "Do you know where we can get any pearls from on this beach?", then PIppi was just about to talk until one pearl the children were playing with fell off the rock where the sharks were. Pippi then said "No, you can't have any or the children willl have nothing to play marbles with". So they struggled and struggled to try to get one of a few marbles but never could. the night came and Jim and Buck the pearl banditts tryed climbing to the cave to get some pearls but never did. In the morning they stole Pippi's horse and said "If you don't give us some pearls we will kill your horse", then Pippi jumped down and threw her horse up into the cave and said "Just give up you will never get some pearls"> So they did and were never seen again.

See ya I have to do some other work but I will write something in a second or 10.

Chapter’s 6 to 7:

I am back, and now I have already told you but just In case you forgot I have finished Pippi in the South Seas.

Well this chapter is called “Pippi Goes On Board”. One beautiful morning the Hoptoad the boat her father sailed over to Villa Villekulla in. The town was on the pier, playing welcome songs. The whole town where crowding around Pippi and her father King Efraim I Longstocking. So she was jumping up and down impatiently, also she had talked to Annika and Tommy’s parents to see if they could go with Pippi to Kurrekurredutt Island. Until she got onto the ship. I know that I didn’t write that much on this chapter but there was not much going on in it.
This next chapter is going to be very fun and fascinating, it is called “ Pippi Goes Ashore”. What happens in this chapter is she meets many new people and umm…. Here it goes. “Kurrekurredutt Island straight ahead!” cried Pippi from the bridge on a cloudy and sunny morning. They all had been sailing for days and nights, for weeks and for months, Tommy and Annika had almost forgot what it was like to be at home again. When they got there all of the Kurrekurredutt Island children were crowding around the visitors and the most unparticular part was that Pippi started doing what all of the other Kurrekurredutt Islanders were doing which was crawling on the ground as they looked like they were looking for something. Pippi then joined in and said “Do you play ‘Hunting for Treasure’ down here to?’ but no one except two lovely children could understand her, named Momo and Moana. That is how Pippi got a lot of new friends.

Hope you enjoyed my short post.

Chapters 5 to 6: Pippi in the South Seas

Well I am have finished the book and I am now just going to tell you about the book.

Well the this chapter is called "Pippi Gets A Letter". The days went by. Tommy and Annika got very busy at school, with every day that went by, they felt more tired and had a hard time getting up in the morning. Their mother began to worry about their paleness of their lack of appetite. They soon caught the measles and had to stay in bed for a couple of weeks. Pippi never did tricks outside of their window since they were sick. Two weeks later they felt better Mr. Nillson (Pippi's monkey, don't forget) bought in a letter for Pippi. Pippi was so astonished that she fell of her chair. "A letter! for me? A leal retter-I mean, A real letter". Then Pippi was so loud that Tommy and Annika came runninng in asked "What is the matter Pippi?"., Pippi screamed "I GOT A LETTER!". They all calmed down, while Pippi said "Tommy you read the letter, I don't know how to read". And Tommy began.

My dear Pippilotta, (he read) when you get this letter you might as well come down to the harbor and start looking for the Hoptoaad. Because now I'm coming to get you to bring you here to Kurrekurredutt Island for a while. You ought at least see where you father has become such a powerful king. It's really nice here and I think you will would like it and feel at home. My faithful subjects are also looking forword very much to seeing the Princess Pippilotta of whom they have heard so much. So there is nothing further to be said in the matter. You are coming and this is my kingly and fatherly wish. A real big kiss and many fond regards from your old father,

King Efraim I Longstocking,
Ruler of Kurrekurredutt Island.

When Tommy had finished reading you could her a pin drop in the kitchen.

The next chapter is called Pippi goes on Board
